HIPAA compliance
Our products are built to support the HIPAA compliance of the providers and care organizations that use them. Safeguards for the privacy and security of protected health information are part of each system from the start.
Business associate agreements
When our software handles protected health information for a client, we sign a business associate agreement (BAA) that sets out how that information is used and protected.

Isolated systems for every client
Each client runs on its own separate instance, with its own database and services, rather than sharing a single system with other organizations.

Information travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, and our sites use modern browser security protections to keep visitors and their information safe.
